buns and thighs

My dear friend and I live states apart but both wanted some motovation to keep working towards our fitness goals, and we needed a deadline. So we decided it would be when we see each other in Idaho for my family vaction. This is in 5 weeks! we decided that every week we would send each other a challenge to do 3 times, till the next challenge. So she sent me this link to this video.
The first time that I did it, I didn't feel much. But that night while lying in bed, I started to feel the soreness. And the next day, even more sore. Butt (pun intended) that good sore when you know you worked your muscels right and are on your way to a great body!
I also loved this work out because it brought me back to my ballerina days, but you don't have to be one to do this.  I paired this workout with one I found on pinterest, which is also below. Its a great AM work out before you shower. And yes, it will get you sweating!

"we must, we must, we must increase our bust", or lift it anyways. As I try on push up bras to try and lift the girls back into place, I think to myself, "I am too young for this". There must be something I can do to help lift them other then the boob job I want some day. So I looked up some exercises that would help.

purpose of Fitness, health and friends

We all need a little motivation now and then. I do a lot better at reaching my goals when I have support and people to hold me accountable. This is what this is for. For us to inspire, track progress and to reach our fitness goals in a healthy way that works for us. This will include different eating plans, fitness routines and ideas from all so that you can pick what will work for you. The main goal is that we become healthier then we are, and find something that works, something we can ACTUALLY stick to. This is a life style change. Not for fad diets or drop weight quick and unsafe. This is for anyone who is either too thin, over weight, and wanting to maintain weight. This is about health. Remember 140lbs looks different on a short, average or tall person. You need to find what is healthy for you, and going to your doctor is a good place to start. This is by no means medical advice. These are ideas and things that have worked for those who have tried them. This is to give people ideas of what to do and to help us keep track and be responsible for keeping each other healthy. That scripture comes to mind about "being our brothers keeper" (I am no scripturetian so don't ask me where that scripture is).  Also this will most likely be for women as everyone who has expressed interest in this is a woman. I do not have a degree in psychical science so I don't know how a man's body works, but you are still more then welcome to use what you find on here. I just can't promise the same results. So lets make this fun, challenging and helpful! All imput and ideas are welcome!
