The first time that I did it, I didn't feel much. But that night while lying in bed, I started to feel the soreness. And the next day, even more sore. Butt (pun intended) that good sore when you know you worked your muscels right and are on your way to a great body!
I also loved this work out because it brought me back to my ballerina days, but you don't have to be one to do this. I paired this workout with one I found on pinterest, which is also below. Its a great AM work out before you shower. And yes, it will get you sweating!
